Kneppert Freres

P. Kneppert Frères (also known as Kneppert et Cie) 11, boulevard de Magenta, Paris, France, were goldsmiths of the late nineteenth century period, you can find their marking on silver and pewter.

Kneppert manufactured the atomizer hardware as well as providing the balls and cords. Their two most famous lines were "le Select" and "le Moscovite." I found one publication which mentions a a French patent for "a mounting system of vaporizing bottles removing the seal" for their atomizers in 1891.

By 1946, their company was located at 26 Rue Rambuteau.
